1. Order Cancellation:

Sanfai Furniture may cancel your order within 4 to 25 business days if any item(s) are temporarily out of stock.

If you are willing to wait for the item(s) to become available, your order may remain in an open/processing/hold status for up to 30 days.

2.Refunds:

f your order is canceled due to stock unavailability (as per point 1 above) and you made an advance payment, you will receive a full refund, minus any cashback received.

If you cancel a confirmed order with an online payment, Sanfai Furniture will deduct an online gateway transaction fee from your refund.

3. Refunds for Stock Unavailability:

If your order is canceled due to stock unavailability (as per point 1 above) and you made an advance payment, you will receive a full refund.

4. Refunds for Customer-Initiated Cancellations:

If you cancel a confirmed order with an online payment, Sanfai Furniture will deduct an online gateway transaction fee from your refund.

  • Your order will be delivered directly to your home or premises, but only to the ground floor. If you need the product delivered to another floor, you’ll be charged 50 taka per floor, per product.
  • Furniture will be delivered by our delivery Car or Truck.
  • Please check all the items infront of delivery man. Glass items cannot be exchanged once delivered. If the item is damaged or broken return it to the delivery man after checking the parcel infront of him. After the delivery man is gone no complaint will be accepted.
  • Handle the products with care after receiving them.
  • Our team will handle any necessary assembly or installation when the product is delivered.
  • Your product comes with a 12-month warranty covering parts and labor for manufacturing defects and material issues. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or damage to glass.

  • To claim warranty service, you must present the original cash memo or invoice.

Please note: Glass items are not covered by the warranty.

 

  • To keep your fine furniture looking its best, please try to clean the furnitures regularly.

 

  • Use a slightly damp cloth for cleaning. But make sure to dry the surface completely to avoid water spots.

 

  • Lift furniture instead of dragging it to prevent damage.

 

  • Avoid extreme temperatures and humidity. Sunlight can discolor and damage wood, finishes, and upholstery.

 

  • Do not apply harsh chemicals like nail polish remover, hair spray, or glass cleaner directly to the wood.

 

  • Rubber, cork, and vinyl items can damage the finish. Use caution and consider using a protective layer beneath them.

 

  • Protect your furniture from extreme heat, cold, and moisture.

 

  • Although termite-protected, furniture is not immune to white-ants. Keep the area dry and well-ventilated to prevent damage from both white-ants and fungus.
